Welcome to Troy Town Dock and Marina, located
157 miles north of New York Harbor, at the divide between the
tidal Hudson River and New York's Canal System. Troy was the birthplace
of Uncle Sam and the epi-center of the 19th century American Industrial
Revolution. Downtown Troy is to date a gem of restored Victorian
Architecture, boutique shops and fine restaurants and pubs.
Troy Town Dock is the harbor of refuge where all mariners exiting
or entering the canal put in to refresh, refuel, repair and relax.
It is only a short walk up the ramp to some of the finest dining
establishments on the entire inland waterway system. Troy Town
Dock is the mariner's point of transfer to Albany International
Airport, Amtrak service to New York City, Montreal and points
west.
Our professional staff can arrange just about anything you need
such as ground transportation to Saratoga during the racing season,
information about cruising destinations, where to replenish groceries,
make dinner reservations or help procure the parts that you need.
The management of TTD&M are seasoned professional licensed
mariners who have been in the business for twenty years. They
will provide you with the hands-on information you need to navigate
the Hudson River, Canal System and Lake Champlain.
